Git Sync: fetch resources from K8s API

Why is this needed:
We use Argo-CD to sync our manifests from a folder in a Git repository to our Kubernetes instance. We want to configure our Grafana instance through code as much as possible.
The [docs for setup as code]( specify that the resources for Connection and Repository need to be pushed to Grafana using gcx.
What would you like to be added:
We would prefer to sync our manifests with Kubernetes and Grafana (or Grafana Operator, or something like that) should take those manifests and pull them into Grafana.
We deploy our Grafana instances using Helm.
Who is this feature for?
Platform engineers and Grafana operators who run Grafana on Kubernetes.
