Geomap: Change default basemap and support CARTO api key

Switching to CARTO's vector source: fixes the "API key required" [issue]( in the meantime, but according to CARTO, the vector source may also require an API key someday in the future. Therefore, a longer term solution is required.
1. Pick a new default basemap for Geomap that supports dark and light themes
2. Consider migration requirements
3. Add an optional API key for CARTO basemaps so users can enter their key if desired
