Expose the collaboration endpoint in the component state

Expose the collaboration endpoint in the component state: After going through the documentation, I've noticed that there is no way to only change the endpoint where the collaboration server is located when Embedding the Excalidraw component, without cloning the project, changing the endpoint and republishing it. I do believe making this endpoint overridable would save a lot of people a lot of extra effort.
