Widget Display Conditions to include Woocommerce options

Describe the Problem Display conditions has been introduced to widgets - finally! Woocommerce is a key part of WordPress, but currently missing in display conditions. When building product pages and an ecommerce in general, it would be really helpful to be able to display sections conditionally. For example, adding an upsell section to only show if the product has any upsells selected, or an additional information section that only displays if the product has a short description. The use cases are endless. Propose a Solution Detect if woocommerce is installed and have various woocommerce display conditions available in display conditions. This could be within the core plugin or available as an addon for woocommerce users. Alternatively, a return value from a function can be used to set display conditions.
