Update 3.25.0 brought back SEO-unfriendly slag for TOC widget links

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. Until the last major update to Elementor, after clicking on a link in table of contents, the link brought to the correct location but didn't display the location in the URL. The URL remains as it was, unchanged: Now, after updating Elementor to version 3.25.0, after clicking on a link in the table of contents, the link in the URL looks like this: Describe the solution you'd like.
