True Pop-Out Hover Effect for Image Carousel

Describe the Problem The Elementor Image Carousel does not currently provide a way for the active image to pop out beyond the carousel/card boundaries on hover. The image can be zoomed using transforms, but the carousel viewport clips the image. If overflow is changed to visible, other carousel slides become visible and the carousel layout breaks. Propose a Solution Add a native hover pop-out effect for the Image Carousel. When the user hovers over the currently active image, only that active image should smoothly scale and extend beyond the carousel/card boundaries while all other slides remain clipped and hidden. Ideally, provide controls for zoom scale, transition duration, box shadow, and z-index. This would allow designers to create interactive portfolio and service cards without custom CSS or JavaScript.
