Translation of Upload File in Form Builder

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

The upload file button is not translatable. It seems that there is no string for it in the PO file.

I would like this button to be translatable in a timely manner with all common plugins such as Loco Translate or Polylang.
