Show a bullet marker on elements with active changes

Describe the Problem
When we have a widget, we can’t tell what has been edited — it looks just like any other widget.

Propose a Solution
If we had a visual indicator — like a bullet showing the status of edited items — and an option to list all widgets with custom configurations, it would definitely help.
This would make it much easier to identify any changes we’ve made, especially across multiple widgets.
