Settings > Features - put red label on Inactive features

Prerequisites
• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )
What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.
In Elementor > Settings > Features (tab), the _Active_ features have a green icon, which is great, but the _Default_ and _Inactive_ features both have greyed out icons.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if the _Inactive_ features had a red icon.
