section dividers - remove existing section dividers

Describe the Problem

In a custom environment a user might wish to "hide" the native section divider shapes, since their site should only use the custom section dividers.



Propose a Solution

Add a filter to the native shapes array, this can then be filtered to just return an empty array.

Alternatively it would be possible to just have one filter to filter the shapes array after both the native shapes and the additional shapes are merged.

Additional Context

There already is a filter to add additional shapes 'elementor/shapes/additional_shapes'
