Responsive Breakpoint Transform Effects Options

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate. • The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro ) What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe. The transform effects are great and easy to use, but I need to be able to customize them on different device sizes and breakpoints. Currently, I do not see ability to modify them at different breakpoints. Describe the solution you'd like It would be really great if we could modify these transform effects per each different breakpoint (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile/Ect) Describe alternatives you've considered I've considered duplicating the whole container which has the transform effects on for desktop, and responsively hiding that container on the Tablet/Mobile breakpoints. But that's a clunky solution and if I need to make edits in the future I'll need to edit them bot…
