Describe the Problem The current Off-Canvas implementation has three major limitations: 1. The toggle button only opens the panel—it doesn’t stay attached to the panel edge and cannot be used to close it. 2. Off-Canvas templates are not truly global. Updating a template often requires deleting and reinserting it on every page. 3. The panel always overlays the content instead of offering a push mode where the main content shifts aside, making it impossible to navigate while watching videos or reading content.
