New settings for the editor: editor language

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Hi elementor team.

It would be great if you add an "editor language" option to Elementor. This option actually helps RTL websites to use English in the Elementor editor.
For example, my language is Persian and Elementor editor is RTL. But I prefer the language of the Elementor editor to be English. But now this is not possible.
