new option foe Loop Grid Autoscroll : delay option

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

There is no problem. Only this option gives us the option to immediately scroll to the top of the page after the Ajax request finishes, or to scroll to the top with a delay. (The default is no delay)

Add a new option (delay) so we can control the delay when the Ajax request ends if needed.
