Navigatior/Structure Interface - Needs A Fix

Describe the Problem ![Elementor-Navigator-Issue]( If you look at the image of the Navigator/Structure window in the Elementor Editor, this problem is a major issue with this feature. It is cumbersome to use with its drag and drop facility. When you want to move any container to the most top level i.e. left or higher than the current top container. It is impossible to do. You can try slowly, quickly etc. Still it does not work. The container is forced to sit below the most left level container as a parent. Currently one way to try to do this is create a duplicate container and delete its nested elements and then add the container to move to this container at the most left level. Or create a new empty container and place it in that (as wasted container). It just will not move to the left. This is very frustrating and not user friendly at all.
