Modular front end (front end user by able to move contents around)

Create block and set parameter how many block space each content would take and then the front user can move the blocks (contents) around. Or even let them drag and drop contents onto different pages (like if they could create their own dashboard).

But this is not for us on the backend, the actual users of the site.
