Make theme builder a page and not just an overlay/modal

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

The the builder is currently an overlay, and it interrupts whatever workflow is taking place. Moving this to another screen entirely would help alleviate this.

Describe the solution you'd like

I believe it'd be useful if the theme builder was a separate page, which I could open in a new tab, bookmark, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I am unsure if an alternative exists, but the templates section fills in this gap a little bit.
