Make "Server Error" apparent to user - put at the top or across the screen when it happens!

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.. I was updating links in my website and hitting publish and was frustrated when it still wasn't updating seeing as no error or notifications popped up when doing so. It was like a day after the fact that I squinted my eyes and saw a "server error 500" in 8pt thin white font in the bottom left hand corner of the tool bar appear. I was frustrated because I wish I could've noticed it sooner!
