Loop Builder to Query Users + User Meta + Custom Fields

Many clients want to list a directory for many types such as agents, sales people, consultants, members etc. Allowing Users and user meta to be queried by the loop building opens the door for much advanced creativity such as directory filters by category or a custom field such as having a "region" value or maybe the user has upcoming shows stored as custom field data.
