Let users input decimals in numerical setting fields.

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.. Numerical fields in Elementor do not accept decimal characters (. or ,) unless the numerical field contains 2 or more digits. Describe the solution you'd like. Please make the Elementor numerical field accept any decimal value when written left to right, and also allow the field to start with the number 0 without having it autocorrect. Describe alternatives you've considered. Using a separate CSS file for CSS properties with numerical values. Additional context Try writing 0.8 in one of those fields (like for gaps or padding).
