Lazy Load Carousel

Describe the Problem

When adding a carousel to the hero of a page, ALL of the slides and widgets need to load, which can slow down the site. Elements like images and video also do not lazy load, as ALL the content inside the carousel is in the viewport.

Propose a Solution

Have the carousel lazy load only the first slide on page load and load additional slides only after the page has fully loaded.

Smart Slider 3 does this really effectively
