HTML widget text editor lacks a vertical scroll bar (use arrows instead)

Please describe. When editing a large text file inside the HTML widget, it does not seem to be possible to scroll down beyond the visible viewport because a vertical scroll bar does not appear. Update: I have discovered a series of arrow icons which can hide the visibility of code blocks at the left of the editor which is a suitable alternative to a vertical scrollbar. Describe the solution you'd like After careful examination of the user interface, I now recognize that the ui designer saved valuable screenspace by not implementing a traditional vertical scrollbar.
