How to customize WYSIWYG control for custom Elementor widget.

In one section of the widget, I want my editors to be able to write paragraphs and lists freely. Therefore, the WYSIWYG control seems to be the best fit. However, I only want them to be able to write paragraphs and lists, no headings. I tried the following filter to limit the formatting types of my WYSIWYG control: This works great, but it applies to all WYSIWYG controls, even Elementor's Text Editor widget.
