Fourth "Send file" option for form file uploads "Send as string" for submissions that trigger a Webhook

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.. I want to use the "Webhook" form action to send the payload of a submitted form to an Azure database, where all form inputs will get processed and stored. The default settings of the file upload field only allows sending file uploads to the form as email attachment or as link to the file stored in my Wordpress directoy. I don't want any formdata saved in my Wordpress directory at all and don't want to send the submitted form as email either, but directly via webhook to my database.
