π Feature Request: Responsive Controls for Site-Wide Gaps Setting
Source: elementor/elementor#32167 · opened by @RicoGL
Describe the Problem The Site Settings β Layout β Gaps feature allows you to set global spacing between elements. While this works well for desktop layouts, it lacks responsive controls. Meaning you cannot set different gap values for tablet or mobile. As a result: β’ If you set a wide column gap for desktop (e.g. 40px), it remains unchanged on tablet and mobile. β’ This creates layouts with excessive spacing on smaller screens. β’ Unlike similar layout settings like _Content Width_ and _Container Padding_, Gaps cannot be customized per device. π½οΈ Example: Propose a Solution Add responsive controls to the Site Settings β Layout β Gaps setting. This would allow: β’ Setting different gap values for desktop, tablet, and mobile. β’ More flexible, device-specific spacing that ensures consistency and good UX across screen sizes. β’ A consistent UX with other Elementor responsive features. > β
