📚 🚀 Feature Request: Add Visibility Condition for all Control arguments

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

While writing a widget, I encountered the problem that it is not possible to display or hide the values of the arguments of a control based on the value of another control, for example, changing the icon of the 'choose' control based on the value of another control or changing the options of a control based on the selection in another control. You can only define a condition for the display entire control.
