Fade in option for background images

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

When dealing with background images they either just popin, or you have to set the outer container to fade in to get a nice image fade in, but if you want a specific background color as well it get's trickier. Would be great to have an option to fade in background images as well so they looks nicer on load.
