Eliminate pushing of widgets and elements on move inside the builder

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Its frustrating to move widgets or containers inside the builder and the interface keeps on jumping around.

Describe the solution you'd like

For accessibility and good user experience, it would be nice if this can be eliminated to avoid eye strain and accidental improper nesting of containers and widgets for untrained site owners or site users.

Removing nested container padding makes it hard to navigate the site and not all users are confident using the navigator since items can only be moved one at a time and multi-select and move is not always possible.
