De-activate button for Rows and Sections

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.. Aways frustrated I have to switch over to advanced, and toggle the row or section on or off via "Responsive." That's fantastic for responsive stuff, but often it's useful to be able to toggle the row all the way off. Describe the solution you'd like. Under the layout tab in the left-side control strip, a single "Deactivate XXX" would be fantastic. Describe alternatives you've considered. Right now, we have to go to "responsive" and toggle all three off. Additional context please and thank you!
