Counter widget delay

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

The counter widget is rendered at page load, so when using entrance animations, it starts at the end number, because it already started counting before you reach the counter.

Describe the solution you'd like

Any way to make these two work together, so it renders when the entrance animation takes effect or add a delay to the counter widget?
