Correct Elementor System Requirements website page

Prerequisites
• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.
What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..
The [system requirements page]( lists PHP 7.4 or greater, but this is incorrect at the time of writing since PHP 8.3 is not supported and support is still being added to PHP 8.2.
Describe the solution you'd like.
To avoid confusion and bug reports from users running newer-than-supported versions, why not write the versions that *are* actually supported - perhaps in a matrix detailing compatibility?
