Conditonal logic for sign up mailing list in forms

Allow for conditional logic in form for Mailchimp & mailerlite sign up, allow this option to have condition based on selected acceptance field

Propose a Solution

when have acceptance field have part under action after submit mailchimp that only true and happens if accepotance is ticked
