BUG WITH DASHBOARD ELEMENTOR ON PAGES

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

Hello
I have a problem with Elementor free, I can't see the blocks any more.
I have this configuration below.
I tried uninstalling all the plugins one by one.
No result.

Here are my versions
elementor Version: 3.15.3
PHP version 7.4.33 (Supports 64-bit values)
Test wordpress 5.9 and 6.3.1 (none of them work)
