Automatically close popup when countdown timer expires.
Source: elementor/elementor#24607 · opened by @cbro42x
I'm trying to make a popup close automatically once the countdown timer contained within the popup has expired. I've been referred by elementor support to seek custom code here on GitHub. Elementor's answer to my ticket was that this feature isn't available, but can still be achieved using custom code.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using the default elementor countdown timer which has a setting for "actions after expire". I set this to "redirect" and changed the dynamic tag to "popup" and action to "close popup". No result.
Temporary I will use the advanced popup rules to only display it once per day, but of course this isn't ideal. Can someone help me create custom code to achieve this goal?
Can this feature be added?
