Atomic text elements REQUIRE the ability to add html to any text anywhere is necessary

Describe the Problem In a sentence or a button, we need to be able to add html to text. Right now that's not possible, the html has to be applied to the entire text. You type this into the text box, and the code shows up as text. Propose a Solution Allow html in the text box. I can understand that you might not want to allow all html, however all the basics need to be allowed.
