Applying POP up form at listing index page created by third party plugin

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

Is it possible to make a pop-up form consisting of email, phone, and name? I wanted to apply the pop-up form at View Button of each property of Listing page --> When visitors will click on the View Button of say Creekland Property , a Pop-up form will come up and after filling up the pop-up form , visitors will be redirected to the page of the Creekland Village Property. So how to do that?
