Allow the Container Layout to be responsive

Describe the Problem

Sometimes the grid layout doesn't work as expected, so I need to switch the container to flex. However, in Elementor, we currently can't change the layout type (grid or flex) dynamically based on breakpoints.

Propose a Solution

It would be nice if we could change the display property based on breakpoints.

Additional Context

If the CSS display dropdown behaves like this, it could solve the problem.
