Allow parent hover state to trigger child element styling in Atomic V4

Describe the Problem I'm always frustrated when I want to style a child element (like an SVG icon, heading, or paragraph) based on the parent container being hovered. In V4 Atomic, the States panel (Hover/Focus/Active) on any element only applies styles when that specific element is hovered — there is no way to say "when the parent card is hovered, change the color of this child SVG/heading/paragraph." The only workaround is writing external CSS using custom class names, which defeats the purpose of a no-code visual builder. Propose a Solution Allow combined selectors in the States/Classes system — similar to how Bricks Builder handles it natively. When editing a class state on a parent element, allow targeting child classes using syntax like :hover .child-class-name.
