Allow full-screen modal view for css code text field

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when the code editor field is only 300 units in width. Editing and reading code is a painful process.
Resizing the side panel largee than 300 units will trigger the visual builder to set the editor as if its a tablet device.

This is apparent on smaller displays and laptop.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if the CSS code editor can be viewed and edited in full screen for a better reading and editing experience just like all other text editors with wide editing area and right screen navigator for long stylesheets.
