Add WOFF2 support for variable fonts

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

Only TTF fonts are currently supported when adding variable fonts. TTF file sizes are much larger than WOFF2.

Example:

OpenSans-VariableFont_wdth,wght.ttf (518KB)
OpenSans-VariableFont_wght.woff2 (48KB)
