Add image background (other than solid and gradient color) on page transitions

Describe the Problem

I find it hard to believe this isn't already a choice. You can set a solid/gradient color as a background for page transitions but you can't use an image (like possibly the company/personal logo).
I've already tried to even work on a function or even deregister and register a hook for the page_transition js file but it is unreasonably convoluted to do.
It should be a fairly easy addition, and one appreciated I'm sure.

Propose a Solution

Simply add background image option on page transition global website setting.

Provide the use of background-image on page-transition.js through a variable as you do for background-color.
