Add 'hide latest post' option from the blog overview so it isn't duplicated on the main rotation

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. The blog currently will show, at least on the mobile version, the latest news post both in the top main block section as well as again in the smaller block listing. Tagdiv Composer does offer an option to hide from the smaller block listing any blog posts, but they have to be specific posts. Describe the solution you'd like. Add an option to hide the latest blog post, whatever that one may be, from the above consideration. This would coincide with the current "Exclude Post IDs:" option.
