Add Fallback Video Support for WebM Format in Elementor

However, there’s a growing need for improved video compatibility options—particularly for WebM format. WebM offers excellent video quality with efficient compression, making it ideal for modern, fast-loading websites. However, WebM is not fully supported across all devices and older browsers.
