Add an option to disable AI features globally

Prerequisites • I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request. • I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro. What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.. I'm REALLY frustrated with all the AI buttons and nags everywhere in the admin area and editor. Yes, I know I can turn it off PER USER, but it's not a viable solution, when you have a big number of users. Describe the solution you'd like. Please give us the simple option to turn the AI off globally! At least add the filter to set the option for all the users at once. Describe alternatives you've considered. You can try some hacks, but that is not the ideal option. Or you can use another builder, which is not a real solution either.
