Add ability to disable "auto-scrolling" in editor

Describe the Problem

The auto-scroll to whatever selected container/element has frustrating behavior when the editor is loading and constantly bounces the user up/down when in the editor.

Propose a Solution

Add ability to disable auto-scroll to selected component in editor _until the editor is fully loaded_ to prevent the up/down bouncing.

or

Add ability to fully disable auto-scroll.
