Add a text control for "no items" in the loop grid widget

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Currently, there is no any information about "no items" in the loop grid for end users. In some other widgets, we have a text control which allows using a custom text when there are no results in the loop.

Add a text control for loop grid widget for entering a text message, where there are no items in the loop.

Describe alternatives you've considered

use some predefined text when no items in the loop grid instead of new control
