Currently, Docmost allows document collaboration but lacks a structured review and approval workflow before changes are published. This can be a challenge in environments where strict content validation is required. Proposed Feature: Introduce a multi-level document approval system that enables configurable approval rules before modifications go live. Key Features: Configurable Approval Workflow Ability to assign reviewers per document, category, or workspace. Multi-level approval process (e.g., Editor → First Reviewer → Final Approver). Option to require approval from multiple users at each level. Automated Notifications Alerts via email or in-app notifications when a document is awaiting approval. Approval & Rejection History A detailed log of approvals and rejections, including reviewer comments. Integration with User Permissions Only authorized users can approve, reject, or escalate reviews.
