Make the mobile version easier to use

Hey,

Great app. Thank you. I've been using it for several months and I like it a lot. However, from my phone it is not that easy to use. Can you move the sidebar button down and add the plus button for a new page somewhere down, so that it is easier to rach. Or just anything that would make it easier to reach on mobile to create a new page and browse the page tree in the sidebar.
