[Feature Request] Drag & Drop Reordering of Headings (with Content)

Enable drag & drop reordering of headings in the right sidebar.
Moving a heading should also move its entire associated content block, including all nested subheadings.

Motivation

Currently, headings are displayed hierarchically in the sidebar, but cannot be rearranged.
Reorganizing content requires manual copy & paste or selection and moving via handle bar, which is inefficient and error-prone—especially for long, structured documents.

Proposed Solution

Allow headings in the sidebar to be draggable (vertical drag & drop)

On drop:

• The selected heading is repositioned
• The entire content block under that heading is moved accordingly
• All nested subheadings and their content are included in the move

Preserve hierarchy:

• Moving a parent moves all children
• Indentation / structure remains intact
