Document Expiry Date, Accuracy Review Notifications & Out-of-Date Banner

Feature Request: Document Expiry Date, Accuracy Review Notifications & Out-of-Date Banner Is there a plan to introduce document expiry/review dates, user notifications, and a visible banner for outdated files? It would be very helpful to have the option to set an expiry or review date for each document. When this date is reached or approaching, users could receive a notification reminding them to check and update the document for accuracy. Additionally, if a document is past its review date, it would be great if a clear banner or indicator were displayed within the UI to alert users that the content may be out of date. Potential benefits: • Ensures documentation stays accurate, up to date, and trustworthy • Supports compliance with quality and regulatory requirements • Reduces manual tracking effort through automated reminders and clear UI cues Is this planned, or could it be considered for a future release? Happy to provide concrete use case…
